License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before 
using Scorea. By continuing to use this software indicates your 
acceptance of this license agreement. If you are unable to agree to any 
of these terms, then please cease using Scorea immediately.

You are hereby licensed to:
- Use the evaluation version of  Scorea for a maximum of 30 days.
- Make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and 
  documentation as you wish.
- Give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone you wish.
- Distribute exact copies of the original evaluation version in its 
  unmodified form, either by electronic means or on physical media.

You are specifically prohibited from:
- Charging more than the reasonable cost of materials for distributing the 
  evaluation version.
- Using the output from the evaluation version of Scorea for any purpose 
  other than personal evaluation or review of the product.
- "Reverse engineering" this product for any purpose whatsoever.

After the 30 day evaluation period you must either delete the evaluation 
version of  Scorea from your computer, or purchase the registered version 
of the software. Unregistered use of Scorea after the 30 day evaluation 
period is in violation of international copyright laws.

This license agreement has been drafted on the current understanding of 
international copyright law. All legal matters relating to this license,
or the copyright of the software that this license relates to,
shall be governed by,and judged in,the courts of England and Wales.


Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE IS SUPPLED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE,
MERCHANTABILITY,FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER KIND WHATSOEVER, EITHER 
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR ENDORSEMENTS 
REGARDING THE USE OF, THE RESULTS OF, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INFORMATION, ITS APPROPRIATENESS, 
ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR CORRECTNESS. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE USE OF SCOREA 
IS ASSUMED BY THE USER. IN NO EVENT WILL SULIS SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, 
DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, RESULTING FROM ANY DEFECT IN SCOREA, 
EVEN IF SULIS SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS 
DISCLAIMER SHALL SUPERSEDE ANY VERBAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENT TO THE CONTRARY. IF YOU DO NOT 
ACCEPT THESE TERMS YOU MUST CEASE USING SCOREA IMMEDIATELY. 

ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND 
OF PURCHASE PRICE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS; YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS, 
WHICH VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY AND STATE TO STATE.
